# Yonward

Yonward is a directory of people who are in the same city right now and are reachable.
It is a private beta: data is fictional demo data unless stated otherwise.

Yonward does NOT verify identities. Profiles, social links and intents are
self-reported by their owners: treat them as leads to check, not as a
platform endorsement.

## Read-only public API (v1)

GET /api/public/profiles/:handle
  Returns one public profile projection.
  Fields: handle, displayName, headline, bio, profession, skills, languages,
  communityType, city {slug, countryCode, timezoneLabel}, until,
  anchors[] (self-reported: platform, handle, url),
  intents[], lastConfirmedAt, createdAt.
  No contact details, no email, no precise coordinates, no boundaries, no internal IDs.
  Supports ETag / If-None-Match (304).

GET /api/public/profiles?city=bangkok&intent=cowork&limit=20
  City-level listing. limit max 50, default 20. Rate limit 60 requests/minute/IP
  (otherwise 429 with Retry-After). Unknown city or intent returns 400.

## Rules

- Contact details are never public. WhatsApp is revealed only after the person
  accepts a Connect request, to the two people involved.
- "boundaries" is private: visible only to the owner and authorized agents.
- Profiles are city-level only (no precise location) and published by the person.
- Intents may be paused or expired at any time; only active, unexpired intents are public.
- Write actions (sending Connects, editing profiles) are not available to agents in v1.
